Rods English Bulldogs (REB) requires that you have your puppy examined by a Veterinarian (Vet) within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to have puppy examined within 48 hours VOIDS this warranty. If this puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48-hour exam and is unable to be medically treated, we will give you another puppy of equal value or you will be given a refund. Seller (REB) will determine the authorization of refund. To qualify for a refund, you must return the puppy alive to the Seller within 24 hours of the exam by your Vet. You must provide signed documentation from your Vet stating the contended medical issue. The original registration papers given at the time of sale must accompany return in legible condition. We (REB) do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes after the puppy leaves our care. Therefore, we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, or Internal Parasites. Seller (REB) will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona Virus after 48 hours, as these diseases can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller (REB). Buyer is aware that English Bulldogs are prone to heat stroke and will be responsible to provide an environment that is supportive of their medical, and distinct health needs. Buyer has researched, and is knowledgeable of the following conditions that are not covered in the congenital or hereditary health guarantee: demodectic mange, cherry eye, entropian, loose hips, skin allergies, bacterial or viral infections, elongated soft palette, and nasal snares. Under no circumstances will Seller (REB) be responsible for any Vet bills acquired by the purchaser for this puppy. Minor breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, or any condition that may dissipate, is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely outgrow, are not covered. Seller (REB) cannot guarantee that any male puppy sold will have two testicles. In the unlikely event of this puppy's death, a statement from a Vet confirming such an event, with a signed laboratory report backing the Vet's statement before any action will be taken by the Seller (REB). An autopsy is required along with a laboratory report from the Buyer. Under no circumstances is the puppy to be euthanized without Seller's (REB) knowledge and consent. Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate attention.) Seller (REB) will grant all its dogs with limited breeding right unless otherwise specified. If the dog is unable to breed for any reason Seller (REB) is not responsible and cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy. All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as to size, color, quality, disposition or fertility. No other terms shall apply to this warranty. I have read, understood, and accept Seller's (REB) Buyers aagreement.
